The Amazing Antelope
We have some excellent antelope hunting areas. Our seasons on these generally run from the middle of September to the end of October. As with our other species, most of the hunting is on private ranches. These hunts can sometimes be arranged in combination with an elk or deer hunt. Your odds of collecting one of these trophy speedsters is excellent.
The Spectacular Elk
The spectacular bull elk offers the ultimate challenge for both bow and rifle hunters. Archery hunts are available in September when the bulls will be bugling and heavy in the rut. Rifle hunts are normally in October to early November. We have several prime ranches with good concentrations of elk. We primarily use 4x4's to get to and from the areas we intend to hunt. Most of the hunting is done on foot. Horses are available to pack, if necessary.
The Mountain MULIES
Our area contains a very good population of Mule Deer. Over the years we have established an excellent record of harvesting trophy Muley Bucks. We hunt primarily on private ranches bordering or near national forest. This gives us privacy as well as a good chance at migrating mountain Mulies.
